Optimize our manufacturing processes to produce photomasks from an integrative point of view. Integrated in a worldwide network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry to manufacture high-quality and competitive products.

Your responsibilities include:

Cross-departmental monitoring of the production line regarding the required product characteristics
Performing deviation analyses on process and defect behavior, based on data from statistical process control (SPC)
Initiating and leading cross-departmental measures to correct process deviations
Responsibility for managing and implementing integrative projects in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Close cooperation with technical experts from the individual processes regarding the development of technical solutions and the introduction of new processes

Your profile:

As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science or an equivalent academic background
You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
You have extensive experience in solving technically challenging tasks and dealing with interdisciplinary problems
You are experienced in development and utilization of technical data as well as basic programming skills
Ideally, you have experience in managing technical projects and an independent and responsible approach to work
You possess good communication skills (German and English)
