Shape the future of the next generation of NR+ microchips with us.We are looking for experienced RF IC Designers to strengthen our RF and Analog/Mixed-Signal team and help us develop state-of-the-art systems based on FD-SOI technology. If you are passionate about designing cutting-edge circuits and want to contribute to a new class of wireless communication, this is the right place for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop behavioral models to support architectural decisions and derive block-level specifications for analog and digital components.
- Perform top-level simulations to validate and optimize design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the layout team and run high-level simulations to verify and refine designs.
- Conduct pre-tapeout verification including performance, power, reliability, and timing analyses.
- Define production and lab test plans for post-silicon characterization.
- Support lab teams in performing RF measurements for IP validation.
- Analyze ATE and lab test results, identify yield issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Work closely with the system team on integration, debugging, and design optimization.
- Present your results in design reviews and demonstrate compliance with specifications.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in RF/Analog IC design with modern CMOS process nodes (experience with 22FDX is a plus).
- Solid knowledge and tape-out experience with at least one of the following blocks:
- RF front-end, PA, LNA, mixers, oscillators, PLL, LO, VGA, filters, TIA or analog baseband blocks in deep submicron CMOS.
- Strong command of analog design concepts (e.g., noise analysis, linearity, mismatch, stability).
- Experience in RF device modeling, noise parameters, inductance modeling, package effects, supply isolation, RF ESD structures, and RF-optimized layout.
- Familiarity with various RF transceiver architectures and calibration methods.
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, EMX, or similar tools.
- Practical experience in silicon characterization, debugging, and translating system specifications into circuit requirements.
